So I am pretty psyched up about iCloud. Here are the things that are exciting to me, and I will use iCloud for:

- iTunes Match, and simply music

- TV Shows

- Movies (hopefully soon)

- Books

- Audiobooks (hopefully soon)

- Photostream, and possibly iPhoto

- Possibly iWorks

- Bookmarks

- Reminders

- Apps (of course)

- Find My Friends and Find My iPhone

What I am not excited about, however, and going to continue using Google for, are the following:

- Mail

- Calendar

- Contacts

- Docs

- Bookmarks

- Picassa (though with no native iOS support, it is a moot point)

(It’s worthwhile to note that despite Apple’s infamous walled garden, iOS makes it really easy for me to use Google for the 4 services above. )

What I yet have to find a simple and seamless solution for is:

- Notes (more on why this is a problem later)

What do you think? What does it tell you about where Google (or Apple) excels and where it sucks? (Hint: Look closely at my lists above)
